Our Founder & CEO
At the helm of The Social Impact Strategist (SIS) is Monique Brizz-Walker, a seasoned nonprofit leader with nearly 30 years of experience in transformational fundraising, strategic partnerships, and organizational growth.
Her career spans New York City’s most respected nonprofit institutions, including museums, social justice organizations, national park conservancies, and educational foundations. Through these experiences, Monique has seen firsthand the challenges nonprofits face—from securing sustainable funding to navigating leadership transitions and scaling impact.
With a proven track record of raising over $25 million and forging high-level strategic alliances, Monique launched The Social Impact Strategist to equip nonprofit leaders with the insights, tools, and strategies they need to build thriving, mission-driven organizations.
